Once upon a time, the railway tracks of the Wriezen Mohrin (now Moryn) railway ran on this wonderful cycle path. After the railway service was discontinued years ago, the track was dismantled in 2000. In 2005 began with the construction of the paved bike path, which then in 2007 part of the bike path Berlin-Barnim-Oderbruch was.
