The Brunausee is a still body of water in the unified municipality of Bispingen. It was created in 1980/81 as a quarry pond and is about seven hectares in size, about 680 meters long and a maximum of about 130 meters wide.

In the area around the Brunausee there is a campsite, a bathing bay, a jetty with pedal boats, a playground, a café-restaurant and a quad track. The lake is a popular local recreation area for the entire region.
