Hiking
The beach is accompanied by the promenade that runs from Puerto del Carmen to Arrecife.
On the other side of the promenade, behind high walls, there are many bungalows that could be mistaken for holiday homes. In reality, the local residents here are not at all enthusiastic about tourism and would rather leave their houses empty in the summer than rent them out to holidaymakers.
