After we enjoyed the first round so much, today we went looking for the works of art from the second round. This continues until May 6th.Here you can find information about the campaign and the individual pictures:duisburgistecht.de/kunstToday we found a total of 43 billboards, 2 of which were from the first time. So 41 new ones. Together with the 38 from last time there is a total of 79. These are all works 🤗 In the meantime I had asked the organizer: an artist had dropped out!The search today was a little easier as we knew most of the locations. The weather was great, the detour to the regatta course this time (intended) a little longer. Overall, a great day 🤗

Today, with ideal hiking weather, we continued through the Neanderthal and the Ohligser Heide. The route was very beautiful throughout and is recommended. The start and finish was the train station in Neanderthal and Leichlingen.more information about the route and the stages:ich-geh-wandern.de/neandertalweg-x-30

I found out about the art project on the Duisburg Facebook page. Artworks are displayed on 40 advertising posters for 3 weeks each. The first are still until April 15. to see. From April 16 the second round follows.duisburgistecht.de/kunst?fbclid=IwAR0O9Y4FNVEkiKUa4ELDfEYWBQeKVUEptaYgA8iGr_vVqNC0xiKrtG6v8q0Since the weather was surprisingly good today, we tried to plan a round with all the billboards at noon. It wasn't that easy, it can also be more optimal. Some paths are less likely to be chosen for a nice tour through Duisburg 😬 But it was definitely fun. We'll certainly do the 2nd round too, the route may be planned a little differently.

We parked the car at the Gasometer in Oberhausen and started walking from there. If you come by bus, Neue Mitte at the Centro would be an option. At the Haniel dump, the tour was longer than expected. You could save the route there if you walk up the dump vertically. Even after that, shortly before Oberhausen, we got lost again and are then rather long the road.So chronologically:Gasometer / Centro Oberhausen
