The Gaislach Alm is in the perfect location to take a "coffee break" on the route from the Braunschweiger Hütte towards Vent, no matter what you drink ;-).
Here we had the best buttermilk with cranberries on the entire E5 crossing of the Alps.
But the rest of the food, from apple strudel to hearty dishes, is also worth recommending. No one has to get up hungry here.
