Hiking
The Nedersee is a beautiful mountain lake at around 2,500 meters on the Obergurgl lake plateau. There are several lakes on this high plateau and the path is already signposted as a lake plateau in Obergurgl. It is therefore a good idea to do the complete circuit from Obergurgl (there are two different ascent options) across the lake plateau, past the Soomsee and the Nedersee with the Nederkogel towering above it and then take a rest at the Lenzenalm. After refreshing yourself, it is best to walk through the Ötztal primeval forest back to Obergurgl.

The Nedersee is a beautiful mountain lake at about 2500 m on the lake district of Obergurgl. On this high plateau are several lakes and the trail is already signposted in Obergurgl as a lake district. It therefore makes sense to make the complete round of Obergurgl (there are 2 different ascent opportunities) over the Lake District, past the Soomsee and the Nedersee with the towering Nederkogel and a subsequent rest on the Lenzenalm. It's best to walk back to Obergurgl after strengthening through the Ötztal forest.
