The "Café Wien" is an exceptional café and restaurant. It offers outdoor seating on three terraces, one above the staircase, one in front of the Protestant city church and one on Piata Albert Huet. Here you can watch the lively public life while enjoying authentic Austrian food of excellent quality. The service is very competent and friendly. The large selection of Austrian coffee specialties is impressive. The menu is written in English and German in addition to Romanian.
