Where once the horses were trotting around the racetrack, since the end of the last millennium there has been a large residential park with 1,700 residential units. The building is probably on the former racetrack, the center was left free and is now a large park. In terms of appearance, the layout for me has something of a New Allermöhe, which originated around the same time.
