The copper pond in Farmsen is traversed by the Berner Au and is just before its confluence with the Wandse. A green corridor surrounds the pond. It probably got its name from a copper mill that was built before 1480. At the beginning of the 19th century, the copper mill was converted into a grain mill. Now there is a new weir at this point, which regulates the water level semi-automatically.

Reservoir of the old, no longer existing mill. In the winter you can ice skate well in the middle of frost, in the summer you can go jogging around the pond. Overall, a pretty park.
