Hausen Castle is an ideal destination for a short hike. On the way to your destination you can enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Danube Valley. When you have arrived you can catch a beautiful view of the Hausen in Tal below from the ruins.
On the descent after that, I can suggest a descent into the cave below.

I can only recommend wearing sturdy shoes for the hike, as the hiking trails can sometimes be impassable. Otherwise there is nothing to be avoided against a small snack on the way.
