Hartsop Dodd is a 2,028-foot (618 m) Wainwright fell in the Far Eastern Lake District. Unless you're dropping down onto it from Stony Cove Pike there is no easy way up his fell as it's quite steep on all sides (although not technical, just a bit of a calf burner!) Following the small zig zags up the north ridge is my preferred ascent, stopping frequently to admire the view down to Brothers Water and Ullswater. The Wainwright summit is actually over by the wall rather than the prominent cairn further north-west which most people consider the top.
