Froswick is a 2,360-foot (720 m) Wainwright fell in the Far Eastern Lake District National Park. It sits side by side with Ill Bell, its slightly higher neighbour with whom it shares a similar shape. Froswick looks like a proper mountain. From a distance it is seen to have that Toblerone shape, a pyramid with a pointy top. Yet the paths running up and down Froswick do not require technical scrambling skills. It's a real hill walkers mountain and that's one of the reasons I love it.

Froswick (720m) is the third Wainwright summit when walking north from Garburn Pass towards Thornthwaite Crag.
Froswick has an excellent path running over it whichever direction you are going and is another enjoyable top on this great ridge.
