Superb as either a main objective, or as a worthwhile detour on a longer day, Sheffield Pike does not disappoint.

As someone born in the steel city of Sheffield, Sheffield Pike will always have a special place in my heart! And that view down to Ullswater is one of my favourites in the Lake District. A really stunning eastern fell.

A great Wainwright with good views. A bit of a stiff climb up Heron Pike on a blustery day but well worth it.
