    At 508 metres, Low Pike is not very high, but it is still a Wainwright, which is one of many you will come across on the Fairfield Horseshoe. A bit further and higher up is High Pike (funny enough!). Between the two Pikes, however, is the most beautiful dry stone wall ever. The views looking back along the ridge with the stone wall steering itself along the ridgeline with Windermere in the background are super-beautiful.
