Southwold run - following king Charlie way, Suffolk way and Sandlings walk
Beautiful route from Southwold followed by chippy 😍 great trails and little road. Running through the marshes was great for wildlife and always wonderful to feel a sea breeze

A very wet Grasmere run
My last time seeing Jess and Sam before we leave for New Zealand 🤗 It was surprisingly mild on the run, I wore far too many clothes. It was only cold when we had to dance through big puddles!
