Hiking

Amare is the future educational and cultural complex on the Spui in The Hague. The name is derived from the Latin verb amare = to love and the Italian a mare = by the sea. It was called OCC (educational and cultural complex) by the municipality during development.

The location on the Spui in the center of The Hague will accommodate
the Foundation Dance and Music Center The Hague,
the Residentie Orkest,
the Nederlands Dans Theater
the Royal Conservatoire.

Amare / OCC is a design by NOAHH / Patrick Fransen, JCAU / Jo Coenen and NL Architects / Kamiel Klaasse.
