The Schönfeld-Weißig Mountain Trail was opened in 2003 in the Schönfeld Highlands. This hiking trail, nearly 30 kilometers long, explores the Schönfeld Highlands and leads to seven scenic viewpoints. A brochure and hiking pass are available for interested hikers at the Schönfeld-Weißig administrative office.
