The Stener Bruch is a wet meadow area on the course of the Panke between the municipality of Panketal in the state of Brandenburg (district Röntgen) and Berlin-Buch. The Berliner Grüne Hauptweg 5 - North-South-Weg / Pankeweg and the long-distance cycle path Berlin-Usedom run along here.

The "Expansion of the Panke" construction project aims to make the Panke more natural. A new, meandering riverbed is being created on the Pölnitzwiesen immediately northeast of the long-distance cycle path, which will wind and twist across the wet meadows. The old riverbed of the Panke will be shut down and will serve as a drainage ditch in the Pölnitzwiesen in the event of flooding.
The existing bridge from 1950 in the area of Ilse-Krause-Straße was replaced by the new "Ilse-Krause-Steg" bridge with a larger span due to its poor condition and the widening of the Panke, which was officially opened on July 31, 2024.
