The orchard meadow on the Hohen Stein is a typical example of land use by small farmers in the village-like settlements around larger cities. The adjoining Bienert Park, located in the former Tännicht, was donated in 1906 by Erwin Bienert and his older brother Theodor (1857-1935). A memorial stone in the park commemorates the artists and anti-fascist resistance fighters Eva Schulze-Knabe and Fritz Schulze.
