Tips
At 32 m, it is the largest windmill in Schleswig-Holstein. Alongside the three chimneys of the Föh fish smokehouse and the bascule bridge, it is the third landmark of the Schlei town.

The historic Amanda Mill was rebuilt in 1888 after a fire and was still in regular grinding operation until 1964. The building has been owned by the city since 1977 and is a listed building. In 1990 it became a cultural monument.
