The "Bellersheimer Hof" is the last remaining Burgmannenhof in the city. (16th century)
The property is privately owned and can only be admired from the outside. The von Bellersheim family belonged to the lower aristocracy and supported the lords of the castle by taking on administrative tasks, among other things. Through their activities they achieved respect and wealth and they also showed this with their house.
The city wall ran right next to the house. A battlement leads to a round shell tower (probably from the 14th century).
