The shorts: departing along the (unpaved) Scheldedijk we continue our way along a path back inland, see the turrets of the Altena van Kruibeke castle and then straight through this water-rich area, along platform paths and a bird-watching wall, back to our starting point. Along the way there are numerous benches with a beautiful view of the ponds where you can take a break. Don't forget your binoculars because you can spot a lot of birds here!
