In 1951, the construction of the Palatine Provincial Motherhouse of the Sisters of the Divine Savior, St. Mary's Monastery began. The monastery was expanded in 1958 and houses not only the sisters but also faithful people who participate in meditation weekends, oasis days or retreats.

In Esthal is also our monastery St. Maria. It was built in 1951/52 and 1958/59 as the Palatine Provincial House of the Sisters of the Divine Savior (Niederbronn sisters). In the spring of this year, the provincial government decided to open the house z. B. for those seeking relaxation, conference guests, pilgrims.
Since that time, more and more new guests and groups come to us and feel well in the monastery of St. Mary.
