Pedestrians and cyclists can easily go from Park Spoor Noord to Het Eilandje via the Park Bridge and vice versa. The Park Bridge spans the Italialei near Noorderplaats. On the side of the Eilandje, the bridge rests on the London Tower, on the side of Park Spoor Noord it rests on the main building of the Artesis Plantijn Hogeschool Antwerp. With its unusual shape, the bridge is a striking gateway to the north of the city. The Park Bridge was opened in July 2016. A bicycle ramp will also be installed on the side of the Eilandje in 2021.
