The Senftenberg Castle Park - a historical gem. Here you can find water birds that benefit from the population of small fish and numerous insects and aquatic plants. Hiking

The palace park was laid out as Kaiser Wilhelm Park from 1912 during the tenure of Mayor Kieback. For this purpose, the remains of the former castle pond that surrounded the castle were drained. In 2009 the palace park was partially redesigned, including two ponds based on historical models.
