A beautiful sandstone boulder with bright yellow lettering points to the Wassertalbrunnen fountain, formerly called the "Three-Tube Fountain."

The signpost is really necessary, as there are currently no trail markers down to the Wassertalbrunnen fountain. Instead, there is a small yellow sign from the Palatinate Forest Association along the way, bearing the current name "Wassertalbrunnen."

By the way, the path down to the fountain is quite steep towards the end!
