The pilgrimage site consists of four parts:
The chapel above the Lourdes Grotto at the church of Onkerzele, with the apparition chapel on the far right, where Our Lady appeared in 1933;
Nieke's grave behind the St. Martin's Church;
Nieke's house, which is now a small museum (Kampstraat 44 in Onkerzele);
And finally the procession of Our Lady of the 7 Sorrows.
