Tips
Along the trail, sparsely vegetation-covered sandy areas alternate with silver grass meadows and heather. Birch, aspen, and pine trees grow in between. From the viewing hill, there's a good chance of spotting fallow deer, red deer, and mouflon.The Schönow Heath is part of the Barnim Nature Park.
