The church building is a late-Gothic, post-Gothic single-nave hall church with a 3/8 choir closure and a sacristy to the east and has five bays under an apparently late-Gothic but post-Gothic star vault whose ribs rest on baroque consoles. Between the niches of the vault, scenes from the life of Mary are depicted in cartouches painted by Brother Angelus Homburg.
