The "Wehrley von Runkel" is a rocky, partially wooded valley slope along the northern bank of the Lahn between Runkel and Villmar. Rare plant species, mosses and ferns grow in this nature reserve. The rocky, sun-warm slopes offer a structure-rich habitat for bird species and reptiles.
