According to tradition, the former parish of Süß took a vow in the 19th century after an animal disease. She set up a wayside shrine on Altstrasse Fischweg, also known as Postweg, on the Süßer Berg. Known by the locals as the Sweet Marterl, the hall monument can be reached on foot in around an hour from Hahnbach. The hall monument is framed by a picture donated by the Erras family from Suss in 1933. It has the inscription "Holy Trinity all to you for praise and praise".
