The natural park is located in the immediate vicinity of cultural, historical, and tourist attractions of particular importance to Bassum: the collegiate church, the collegiate church, the watermill, the natural and leisure pool, and the Freudenburg castle. Bassum's Cultural and Historical Trail runs directly through the park, taking visitors through Bassum's history for a total of three kilometers. A circular hiking trail connecting the orchards in the collegiate park and Bassum-Eschenhausen also leads through the Reisegarten (Travel Garden). A 1,000-year-old collegiate oak tree stands in the east of the park. There are also various attractions such as the small stone "maze" and the fragrant herb garden.
