Cycling

The town church of St. Jacobi in Prenzlau dates from the middle of the 13th century. Several additions were made up to the 16th century, including the north chapel and the southern vestibule. In 1757 the upper floor of the tower was rebuilt and given a baroque wooden spire. In 1945 the church building was badly damaged by fire and the baroque spire was lost.
