This is one of the largest fens in this area. Especially for fishing enthusiasts. Early in the morning you can take the most beautiful photos, the fen is located near the cozy forest house De Venkraai where they have very tasty coffee. You can walk almost around the entire fen, but the paths can be very boggy, so good footwear is recommended in autumn.

Hiking

The fishing club fishes on this beautiful fen of about 14 hectares. There is a nice walking path around it and there are numbered fishing spots for members. Beautiful pond with a jetty and boats.

Near Oisterwijk you will find the Oisterwijkse Bossen en Vennen, a varied forest area with attractive fens and hidden heathlands. Lovely to walk through. There are vistas everywhere and you can dream away at the pools on one of the many benches. Sturdy walkers can continue walking in the adjacent nature reserve Kampina.
