In two apartments and two one-bedroom apartments (Radlerzimmern) you can relax with your child and dog from everyday stress in absolute peace.

A short walk on the dike or a bike ride brings you quickly to the Elbe. Here in the former border area ("Green Belt") the nature is still intact and it expects a very diverse flora and fauna. Depending on the season, storks, cranes, wild geese, ospreys, white-tailed eagles, beavers, moor frogs, red-bellied toads and much more can be seen.

On the Resthof farm is no longer operated, but it kept small animals such as chickens, ducks and geese. Most of the breeds that live on the farm are endangered and belong to the "ark animals". Animals that are not found here - cows, donkeys, pigs - can be found nearby at the archaeological sites of Amt Neuhaus.

Super nice, tasteful and warm place to stay just a few meters behind the dike. A pretty, sleepy village with some large farms is Neu Garge. The landlady in the "Alte Schmiede" - Dat Göpelhus - helps in all circumstances. In the beautiful rustic room there are homemade jams and juices also to take away, breakfast very plentiful u.a. with eggs from the rare chicken breed from their own farm. The rooms are very spacious and there is endless space in the yard. Something very special, to stay here!
