In many of our nature reserves you will find specially demarcated dog run-off zones where your dog can run around freely under the supervision of his / her owner. In all other places in our nature reserves, the dog must remain on a leash and on the trails. A dog may be trained, but something unexpected can always happen. Children and adults often react uncomfortably to a loose, unfamiliar four-legged friend. Breeding birds and other animals are also bothered by dogs sniffing around that do not stay on the paths.
