Information:

Construction began in 1919. Completion was in 1922.

Freight service was discontinued in the summer of 1971, and passenger service followed in September 1971. Thus, a piece of history was written, and the narrow-gauge railway line between Klingenberg and Oberdittmannsdorf became a thing of the past. Today, the route from the viaduct in Naundorf towards Colmnitz through the Colmnitz Valley has been developed as a hiking trail.
