Tips
The cathedral was rebuilt after the great fire in the city and inaugurated in 1512. In 1971 it was extensively renovated and restored. You can visit the cathedral for a fee, and concerts also take place here.

After the previous building was almost completely destroyed in a fire in 1484, the construction of the cathedral in late Gothic style began. The entrance, the Golden Gate, is a Late Romanesque arched sandstone portal from 1225.
