The mushroom-like Zschokkefelsen, named after the poet Johann Heinrich Daniel Zschokke (1771-1848), is a striking rock near the village of Sanspareil in the district of Kulmbach in Upper Franconia. It is designated as a geotope and a natural monument. To the north, the Zschokkefelsengruppe usually offers an unusually framed view of Zwernitz Castle, but unfortunately it is allowed to overgrown, the trees urgently need to be trimmed. The Zschokkefelsen lies opposite the Morgenländisches Bau in Sanspareil on a small hill in front of the Sanspareil pony farm. From here you have a fine view of Zwernitz Castle, Sanspareil and the rock garden.

Unfortunately, only the rock roof is visible, otherwise it is swallowed up by the bushes.
The view of the castle is excellent.
