Bike Touring Highlight
Kronberg is not called the "Hessian Tuscany" for nothing. The listed old town with many pretty half-timbered houses, castle, three churches, the pretty town hall, the recipe, restaurants and cafes in all price categories and in addition to nice shops invites you to stroll and linger. Very rewarding is the Altstadtrundweg. It leads through the narrow streets of Kronberg to all sights.Worth seeing is, of course, the former imperial residence Schloss Friedrichhof (widow seat of Queen Victoria Empress Friedrich) with large park and exquisite trees (sequoias, ginkgo etc.) and beautiful rose garden, and the Victoria Park.Cyclists are welcome z. In the beer garden of the Schützenhof or on the terrace of Café Merci on Berliner Platz. Also in the large beer garden in the Kronthal.
