On Margaret Square there is a sculpture of a boy on a rocking horse. This sculpture refers to the childhood of Emperor Charles V in Mechelen. Here at the Court Charles grew up under the supervision of Margaret. The original bronze version is 4 meters high and is in the Museum of Contemporary Art in Ishøj, Denmark.
