Hiking
Hike from Kronberg or Scheidegg to Wartegg is definitely worth it. Especially in winter there is a wonderful snowshoe route and compared to the main route Kronberg - Scheidegg, it is simply wonderfully nice and quiet and the snow is therefore less trampled and fantastic to walk and all with very nice views.

In winter, the Scheidegg-Wartegg trail - although the official snowshoe route - can be quite tricky on foot, you also have to cross 2 streams, which can not be easy when there is a lot of water.

The Hintere Wartegg is located at an altitude of around 1,400 meters and has 3 huts. Shortly afterwards, the Wartegg follows at 1,384 meters and has two huts.
