The playground is in the shade and offers a wonderful view of the cathedral. There is enough seating. The next café is the Café Hörnla or the Cafézimmer on Michaelsberg. A big advantage of the playground: It is not very popular and the space is huge. Older children often build camps by the trees, play hide and seek and catch. For small children there is a sandpit and a great wave slide, seesaw animals, sandpit and a play tower. A small drawback: the trees lose a lot of greenery, so the sand is not perfectly clean, the playground itself was renovated in 2018.

as a car-free road connects Oberer Bach and Matern. Magnificent meadows and trees. Great view of the cathedral ensemble. Great playground

A new pedestrian and cycle path has been built here. A lot of people drive down the mountain very fast, so be careful. The playground looks nice but is very shady, which is a good thing in the summer.
