Vom Bahnhof ging es zu Jean Pauls Gartenhaus, vorbei an der Hochschule zum Schloss Hohenfels, wo die Medauschule untergebracht ist. Privatschule für Gymnastik, Physiotherapie und Logopädie. Dann weiter durch den Kürengrund, am Bismarcksturm vorbei über die Frankenbrücke in die Stadt. Stärkung bei Queen's und wieder zum Bahnhof.

Ein Tag wie ich ihn mag.😊 Früh erst gemütlich einen Cappuccino trinken und dann Rucksack auf und los geht's. Den Wald und die Natur genießen, das Picknick, ein kleines Sonnenbad und als Abschluss noch eine Latte Macchiato bevor der Zug wieder heimwärts fährt. Auf die Zacken in der Aufzeichnung könnte ich allerdings verzichten. Was ist das⁉️ Am Montag und heute schon wieder. Es waren ca 13 km und 250 Höhenmeter.
