The Seesportverein Altenbruch e.V. operates a tide-dependent marina with 40 moorings for boats with a maximum draft of two and a half meters. At low tide, a meter of water stops near the river Siel. Moreover, the port falls partially dry. In normal low tide, the port is for boats to 1m draft to drive. Guest boats are welcome. From the marina Altenbruch you can quickly reach the Elbe, the Wadden Sea, the German Bight - to Helgoland or Neuwerk and to the North or the East Frisian Islands.
