The access to the Weberschlüchten is well signposted. The path is a dead end (for hikers, as there are various climbing routes) to the Webergrotte. Despite the lack of spruce trees, the path is impressive due to the gigantic rock walls on both sides. Yes, the path is quite wide and sandy, but I still think it is easy to walk.
