    Hiking

    From Wikipedia (de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grünanlagen_in_Freiburg#Moosweiher-Park)
The eleven meter deep Moosweiher was created by removing gravel for the construction of the A5 in the years 1960 to 1962, i.e. before the associated district of Landwasser was created. In 1966 it was given the name Moosweiher by the municipal council and in 1968 the quarry pond was recultivated by the Gardens Office, paths with benches, lawns for sunbathing and a children's playground were laid out. Later, a restaurant, mini golf, toilets and sports facilities with a club house were added.
