The funny thing about this farm is that it is named 'Kleinhof or Kleinhoeve', but in terms of surface area, this farm is twice as large as the Groothof.
In the past, these two farms all belonged to the abbey domain of the Witheren van Grimbergen, also known as the Norbertines.
According to reliable sources, the original homestead dates from 350 AD.
The building has stood the test of time well.
