The small, old-looking Maritime Museum of Crete extends over 2 floors. There is a lot to discover. The focus of the museum seems to be on the world wars. Even without language skills, you can see a lot here. As enthusiastic shell collectors, we particularly liked the last room on the 1st floor: a collection of shells and sea creatures.
