Buddhism means the teachings of the historical Buddha. These teachings are also called Dharma. How did Buddha himself describe his teachings? He did so in the following words:

Do nothing unwholesome, and do wholesome things, tame your mind completely, that is the teaching of the Buddha.

Guest rooms are available in the buildings of the Letzehof. If you want to experience monastic life, learn more about Buddhism or just want to retreat to a quiet place, you are welcome to spend some time with us! It is also possible to stay in the monastery for a longer period of time if, for example, you want to acquire an accurate and thorough knowledge of Buddhist concepts and applications.
